Hello I’m Lucy
I look after all of the reservations and events at Lonsdale. I’m the first port of call for enquiries about anything and everything Lonsdale related. Talk to me about events, photo shoots, private hire, menus, press or anything else that takes your fancy! I’ve been at Lonsdale since the doors opened in September 2002 and have had the pleasure of sampling a large proportion of our fabulous menus (both food and booze) during that time, and I’m more than happy to share my knowledge with you. I’m contactable in the day-light hours, leaving the rest of the team to work their magic in the evenings when we throw open the doors.

As Head Chef I am passionate about providing a menu comprising locally sourced, organic and seasonal ingredients. I like my food to be tasty and have flare and enjoy creating and adapting our menu as often as is necessary to ensure a fresh and exciting offering.

My name is Remi and I have worked at Lonsdale since 2005. Originally from a restaurant background in France, it is my job to keep the diners happy and the drinks flowing! We are a close knit team here and I can claim to have some of my best friends working alongside me.

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen! My name is Rebecca "Bex" Almqvist and I’m the Bar Manager at The Lonsdale, where I’ve been housing since March -07.

My background in the drinks industry started in 2000 in Stockholm. I came to London in 2004 to develop my career in the industry. At The Lonsdale I found all I was looking for; A family, loads of passion, a great concept, special customers, and frozen Jagermeister.

Hello I’m Adelina
- I have been working at Lonsdale since just after we opened in 2002. I mainly work at Lonsdale at the weekend. The rest of the time I am juggling my time between completing my Masters degree and looking after my family including my beautiful daughter, Viola. I manage the restaurant and bar, make sure all of the customers (and the staff) are happy and generally make sure everything is running smoothly!
